Well, looking over the list of blogs for for this week’s 7 Blogs, one term comes to mind: heavy hitters. Collectively, these seven blogs can boast regular readership in the millions. That’s a lot of reach, and on a variety of topics. Kudos to each site and its contributors for their hard work and widespread success.
Now, on with the show …
Today’s blog, TraderFeed, is from Dr. Brett Steenbarger. Along with his blog, you can follow Dr. Brett on twitter (@steenbab). Brett brings his extensive experience in the field of psychology to the trading arena, providing useful and applicable insights to his readers. After reading TraderFeed for a few years now, I’m convinced Dr. Brett has figured out a way to get more than 24 hours out of a day. This man is always working. He blogs daily, tweets often, writes books, teaches, coaches, consults, travels the world speaking to groups, presents at a variety of venues, researches market and sector behaviors, has an active family life … oh, and he trades, too. As accomplished as Dr. Brett is, he also presents everything in a very relatable way without dumbing anything down. Anyone who references anti-motivational posters from Despair.com on his trading and psychology blog is doing something right. With the very visible effort Dr. Steenbarger puts into providing relevant, usable material for all types of traders, it is our opinion that he is indeed doing something very right.
When you visit the blog, make generous use of the search feature in the upper right. Some examples to get things started: Market Profile, Psychology, Biofeedback
